The EPIC 7-day Big Bend Adventure Challenge
Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime! This is for those with some outdoor experience who are looking for something new and challenging. If you have never been to the Big Bend region of Texas before, you are in for a real treat. Even if you have been before though, this adventure is guaranteed to show you things you’ve never seen and done there before.
This trip is designed for experienced adventurers who are looking to challenge themselves and take it to the next level, so it will be intense- we’ll be on the move almost the entire time and will complete a variety of challenging adventure objectives, but if you’re in good shape, have a good command of basic outdoor skills, and looking for something that will be both challenging and fulfilling, this trip will be perfect for you.
Big Bend National Park is an adventure playground- 800,000 acres of desert, mountain, and river environment that offers an incredible array of adventure opportunities and natural features. We’re going to spend 7 days dominating it. Are you up for the challenge?
THE BASICS

Ages:
18 and up
Difficulty Level:
Extreme. Will require physical and mental toughness, fortitude, and excellent wilderness skills. We will face steep terrain, extreme temperatures, and other dangers.
Physical Fitness Level:
Extreme. We will be hiking long distances, carrying heavy loads, and traveling over steep and treacherous terrain off trail. Participants must be in excellent shape.
HOW TO SIGN UP
All our trips require a deposit for 50% of the trip price, with the remaining balance due when you attend the pre-trip meeting at our facility, which is usually around 30 days before the trip. Deposits are required to sign up due to the fact that are trips fill up fast. A full refund for any reason is available up to two weeks prior to trip departure and less your deposit for anything after that. Once we receive your deposit you will receive an information packet about your particular adventure with important facts and dates.
To sign up for our trips you have two options:
Option 1- Come in to the OPC and we’ll get you all set up. You can pay your deposit and we will give you the information packet.
